We offer the production of fluoroplastic (Teflon) hoses. They are designed for flexible connection of units of various machines and equipment operating under conditions of high vibration, pressure pulsation and hydraulic shock of the working fluid. The design feature of fluoroplastic pipelines (hoses) is a flexible internal chamber in the form of a tube made of fluoroplastic (Teflon), onto which spiral and mesh braiding made of stainless steel are successively applied in layers.

The fluoroplastic hoses of our company have low hydraulic resistance compared to metal hoses, high purity of the working surface. Fluoroplastic hoses are protected from electrostatic charges. The products are inert to any transported liquids and gases, including particularly aggressive ones. The hose is made in the form of a corrugation made of PTFE with a bending angle of 120o for maximum flexibility. The corrugation has an external reinforcing element in the form of a spiral wire, providing maximum resistance to vacuum. The Teflon hose can be placed in a braid made of various materials at the customer’s request.
